Class Descriptions

General Muay Thai

Basic Muay Thai drills on the bag or pads. This class is open to all levels and a great option for anyone to join in.

Beginners

Designed specifically for those in their first 1–12 months of training. The focus is on combining basic Muay Thai movements in a structured and easy-to-follow format.

Fundamentals

We break down individual techniques or weapons (Punch, Kick, Knee, Elbow) and focus on the correct mechanics. This class is open to all members, but we recommend all new students with no prior experience attend at least four Fundamentals sessions before joining the Beginners class.

Intermediate & Advanced

This class is by invitation only and reserved for students approved by our coaches. Sessions run for 1 hour and 30 minutes.

Technical Session

A light-contact, partner-based session focused on drills, defence, and combinations. Full protective gear is required: shin pads, mouthguard, groin guard, and 16oz gloves. Please check with a coach to confirm if this class is right for you.
